Great news! Our Victor Harbor branch has just opened a brand new showroom!
With over 190 square metres of open plan showroom space – the largest of its kind in the area – the new showroom will provide an even more comprehensive range of bathroom, kitchen and laundry fixtures. The range features a wide spectrum of suppliers including Raymor, Caroma, Dorf, Phoenix, Abey and Clark and Hansgrohe, along with the outstanding customer service the branch team is already renowned for.
The showroom has been designed to enhance the customer experience by integrating inspirational, lifestyle displays with product selection areas. Each of these areas is grouped by product – showers, basins, tapware or accessories – to enable both trade and consumer to compare like with like product and select the most suitable for their project.
The displays also enable customers to clearly see the very latest in both design and technology.
The new showroom is part of our strategy for upgrading and investing in our network over the coming years, with a focus on improving service and convenience for plumbers and improving our offer to retail customers with new and refurbished showrooms.

The Victor Harbor showroom is very much a community affair with all staff members coming from the local area, a factor Tradelink believes improves the interaction between staff and customer.
Manager of the Victor Harbor branch, Dieter Reinhold says the new showroom will help to service the growing small builders and home renovators market in the area.
“The showroom features a wide range of products at a range of price points from the home renovator to luxury home build. We range only those products that are quality- assured and carry supplier warranties – so customers can be confident that they will get the most well-known, reputable brands.”
Not only are we planning to revamp our entire network of 200 plus stores over the coming years, we’ve got plans to significantly expand our national footprint.
