SLEEVE IT

Insert fitting until it
reaches the pipe-stop.

If the expanded pipe has
shrunk too much, it must
be expanded again.

FIX IT

Slide the sleeve towards
the fitting until you feel
resistance.

Position the jaws squarely
over the shoulder and
compression sleeve.
Do not use damaged
compression tools for joint
assembly. It may damage
the pipe, fittings and joint.

DONE

The joint is complete when
the compression sleeve is
drawn up to the fitting
shoulder.

The maximum gap is
1mm. Compress joint if
greater than 1mm.
