The branch opening is the next step in Tradelink’s bold network upgrade and expansion strategy that will see us open 20 new branches a year for the next couple of years and is the seventh branch we’ve opened across Australia this year.
Tradelink’s General Manager, Tim Broxham said that the new branch is another great example of how we’re identifying opportunities to continue improving our service offering to tradies by positioning branches in convenient locations.
“We know that plumbers prefer not to travel more than 15 minutes from a job to get parts, so no matter where our customers are working, we want to make sure that there is a Tradelink branch nearby,” said Tim.
“With a large number of maintenance plumbers and an increasing number of residential and commercial plumbing projects in the Bundamba area, we saw this as an opportunity to fill a gap in our network and support the local trade community,” said Tradelink Regional Manager John McLachlan.
The branch is headed up by local Shannon Ryan, who has stepped up from Assistant Manager at Underwood to Branch Manager at Bundamba. With over 15 years’ experience in the plumbing industry, Shannon has the know-how to help solve any plumbing issue. Shannon leads a team of local experts who all have a strong background in the trade industry.
Conveniently located at 41 Brisbane Road, the branch is close to major highways and new residential growth areas, which makes it easy for tradies to get what they need and back to site in a jiffy. The branch features a generous carpark, and large and inviting trade counter that offers the local trade community a wide range of quality plumbing supplies from leading brands, along with Tradelink’s ‘true blue’ customer service.
