We’ve relocated two more branches!

Great news! We’ve just relocated two more branches to new, more convenient sites as part of our bold network upgrade and expansion strategy!

The new stores – located in Winnellie in Darwin (Northern Territory) and Morwell in the Latrobe Valley in Eastern Victoria – will offer the local communities quality plumbing supplies from leading brands, along with our first-class customer service!

Tradelink has a clear strategy for upgrading and investing in its network of stores over the coming years, with a focus on improving customer service and convenience for SME plumbers.

“We continually review our sites to ensure we are in the right locations to support trade and we’ve recently reclassified all of our branches in terms of size and range, to ensure our stores always stock the right products for their local area,” said Tradelink’s General Manager of Operations, Tim Broxham.

The new Winnellie site is conveniently located at 58 Raphael Road, Winnellie near Tiger Brennan Drive, with plenty of onsite parking for customers and will offer a more comprehensive range of quality plumbing products, including our full HVAC range.

Located at a new, larger site at 192B Princes Drive, the Morwell store offers better access for customers and plenty of onsite parking, making it easy for plumbers to get what they need and get back to site faster. The store is headed up local, Bruce Mollard, who has been with the company for 11 years, starting out as a Driver and working his way up to Branch Assistant, Showroom Consultant, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager, at the Leongatha and Morwell stores.

Not only is Tradelink planning to revamp its entire network of 200 plus stores over the coming years, General Manager, Alan Ball said that the plumbing supplier also has bold plans to significantly expand its national footprint.

“Tradelink is serious about being the best in the business and we’ve committed to opening 20 additional branches each year for the next two or three years,” he said. “Feedback shows that SME plumbers prefer not to travel more than 15 minutes from a job to get parts, so we want to make sure that no matter where plumbers are working there is a Tradelink store nearby.”

Tradelink’s bold commitment to open 20 new stores each year for the next three years, along with its extended Customer Service Promises and new customer loyalty program, Tradelink Rewards, are just some of the ways the business is working to improve its offering and service to customers.
